Service Dept is good; just try to sell service on mileage a lot without explaining it as such, just that you "need " it done. My recent visit probably was most frustrating. I brought my Corolla a week afte a lot without explaining it as such, just that you "need " it done. My recent visit probably was most frustrating. I brought my Corolla a week after having serviced before a family emergency trip out of state. When I got there, I was told it would be a $155.00 diagnostic fee. I just had tires rotated, and the front end had a bad vibration coming home. I wasn't sure if it was something they worked on. Not happy. More

Took almost four hours before the dealership located my car that was towed into their lot in the morning. I was told someone will call when I checked in before my car arrived. Hard to get thru by calling car that was towed into their lot in the morning. I was told someone will call when I checked in before my car arrived. Hard to get thru by calling repeatedly. Once they located my car it took only over two hours and I’m happy with the outcome. More

Got a few accessories installed: keypad, hitch, wiring harness, window visors. Most things were installed just fine, but the wiring harness was installed backwards so when I hit the left turn on my truck harness, window visors. Most things were installed just fine, but the wiring harness was installed backwards so when I hit the left turn on my truck the right turn signal on my boat trailer would turn on and vice versa with the right turn signal and the left light on the trailer. Took me like an hour under my truck to undo everything they did with the wiring harness and redo it correctly. More
