My service experience was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had in my life in a service department . The appointment was set over the phone Saturday prior to my appointment. They told me when I got there Monda had in my life in a service department . The appointment was set over the phone Saturday prior to my appointment. They told me when I got there Monday my appointment wasn’t in their system andI was lying and asked for email verification or “it never happened”. When they asked what day I had set the appointment I said “Sunday or maybe” before I could finish my sentence the girl talked over me and said “that’s a lie,cause we’re not even open on sundays!!” I said i was a busy man,mistakes happen but I need it done today. When they called to notify me my car was ready I came to the lot and told someone in the garage i was there to pick up my car the man jumps up and grabs my keys off the walls and says “wellll you’re a busy man,wouldn’t want to waste your time going over what we did!! Just know everything’s good!! Wouldn’t wanna waste anymore of your precious time cause you’re a busyyyy man!” All this being said I’ll never do business with this company again. Again never been treated so bad ever. I’m an adult man that was treated like a middle schooler and it wasn’t just a certain person it was everyone there. I felt less then unwelcome, I felt unwanted.
