Daytona Toyota service department is very well run. They have 2 nice waiting areas, complimentary food and beverages. My service experience was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had in my life in a service department . The appointment was set over the phone Saturday prior to my appointment. They told me when I got there Monday my appointment wasn’t in their system andI was lying and asked for email verification or “it never happened”. When they asked what day I had set the appointment I said “Sunday or maybe” before I could finish my sentence the girl talked over me and said “that’s a lie,cause we’re not even open on sundays!!” I said i was a busy man,mistakes happen but I need it done today. When they called to notify me my car was ready I came to the lot and told someone in the garage i was there to pick up my car the man jumps up and grabs my keys off the walls and says “wellll you’re a busy man,wouldn’t want to waste your time going over what we did!! Just know everything’s good!! Wouldn’t wanna waste anymore of your precious time cause you’re a busyyyy man!” All this being said I’ll never do business with this company again. Again never been treated so bad ever. I’m an adult man that was treated like a middle schooler and it wasn’t just a certain person it was everyone there. I felt less then unwelcome, I felt unwanted. I especially like the large service monitor in the waiting room that gives you a constant status of your car. My service agent, Scott Crocker, walked me to my car when the service was completed. The only con on this visit was the difficulty of getting to the the service department because of the congestion just outside the entrance. More
