I took my car in for an oil change. they said it would take approximately an hour. I took their shuttle to the mall. They told me when I was ready to come back to call or when my car was ready they would take approximately an hour. I took their shuttle to the mall. They told me when I was ready to come back to call or when my car was ready they would call me. One and a half hours later I called to get picked up. Forty minutes went by and they still didn’t pick me up. I called back again and no one had ever told the driver I was ready to be picked up. The driver informed me of that. When I returned to Toyota. My car had been completed and no one had bothered to call me to tell me it was ready. CIAO was the representative that I talked to when I came back she said she called me. I asked her if she left a message. She says I usually do. I have an iPhone and she didn’t not attempt to call me or leave a message to tell me my car was ready.It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership!She seemed very unconcerned about my inconvenience. More

Collision repair was done and car was there for a couple of weeks. Very disappointed that while car was at Toyota, someone tried to jimmy open the gas tank door and broke it. They need better security.. of weeks. Very disappointed that while car was at Toyota, someone tried to jimmy open the gas tank door and broke it. They need better security.. I brought the car back to Toyota the next day as soon as I discovered it, but they said they didn’t touch the gas tank door. It definitely happened while the car was there. They want approx $150 to repair it. Now the back passenger door won’t open. More
