However after spending close to $900 I expected my car would have been washed as a means of servicing the customer. Well upon arriving I had to have it requested which meant I spent an extra 35 minutes waiting for the car to be washed. Very disappointing. More

Amazing Dealership! I am in my seventies and have purchased many vehicles over the years. I have never been treated so well as I have at Daytona Toyota. My Service Adviso I am in my seventies and have purchased many vehicles over the years. I have never been treated so well as I have at Daytona Toyota. My Service Advisor, CIO, is incredible. She is extremely competent, knowledgeable and courteous. She is a pleasure to work with and always has a ready smile. Scratch on my brand-new vehicle . We purchased a brand-new RAV4 and somehow within a couple of months we got a scratch on the bumper. So, due to it being a brand-new car we want . We purchased a brand-new RAV4 and somehow within a couple of months we got a scratch on the bumper. So, due to it being a brand-new car we wanted it fixed. Daytona Toyota gave us a fair price and their customer service was excellent. Isaiah couldn't of been nicer what an asset he is to Daytona Toyota. I would definitely recommend them and I know if I need anybody work in the future I'm bringing it to Daytona Toyota. Thank you my car looks beautiful again More

B E W A R E! If I could give them NO stars I would, but you have to choose at least one star in order to post a review and the innocent, not too savvy about cars p If I could give them NO stars I would, but you have to choose at least one star in order to post a review and the innocent, not too savvy about cars people need to know the truth. - HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT - Beware of the "buy 3 tires, get 1 for a $1." They divide the value of the 4th tire up into the cost of the other 3. The entire service drive team are a bunch of scam artists including the repair techs. Also, Manny (the director) will not honor the price match guarantee and the "buy 3 tires, get 1 for a $1 coupon" on the same transaction as "he's loosing money if he does." (words from his mouth). Oh, and of course the cashiers were the nicest of them all. Go figure! ELDERLY ESPECIALLY, PLEASE BEWARE. The service department gave me a quote for the wrong sized tire. I overpaid about $200 in tires. Jennifer, the service advisor, is a CON. They're all aware that they are ripping you off and they work as a team to rob you blind. Also, time is not of the essence with them. I spent 5 miserable hours here mainly negotiating with Jennifer and Manny in regards to lowering the price of $202.52 for the wrong tire that was being sold online for $189.99; when in all actuality the tire they put on my car was a completely different tire and it was being sold $130 online. ***Fortunately, they picked the right customer to run their scheme on. I called Toyota, spoke to Jennifer . . . poor ol' Jennifer ;) . . . and then Manny and after many phone calls, I got the buy 3, get one for a dollar coupon and the price match guarantee all on one transaction and I was refunded back the money that I overpaid for my tires. I will NEVER have my car serviced here AGAIN! I will not recommend them to a stranger or a friend! Oh and get this, I came here for a simple oil change. After paying a bill of 750 some odd dollars, my car was returned to me with over priced tires and the "MAINTENANCE REQUIRED NOTIFICATION" still on! -KMA B E W A R E! More
