took Over 3.5 hours for oil change tire rotation and bulb replacement. My service associate ceo was really terrible, she got in my personal space when I was trying to social distance, she took forever and wa replacement. My service associate ceo was really terrible, she got in my personal space when I was trying to social distance, she took forever and was super distracted and flighty and just terrible, luckily the other service reps were super nice and helped me where she was completely incompetent. Not my first bad experience with her but it will be my last Will not ever return to Daytona again I’m taken care of much better at tire kingdom, don’t have to make an appointment to wait for 4 hours of ridiculousness.
