CJ, the service manager, reached out to me to address my concern. He listened as I explained my position on the service issue, and offered a service credit as a customer satisfaction settlement. I feel that he went out of the way to keep a customer happy. I have dealt with Daytona Toyota for 15 years and am very happy with their willingness to work with their customer.
