I had just found out my car was totalled and was wondering what I was going to do when i was rescued. I looked up and there was Geoff, my soon to be sales person and Chuck, the manager. Service is very slow. They overbook and the customer ends up waiting for a very long time. I came in for an oil change, it took 2.5 hours to get it finished. Ridiculous. I’m not understanding the point in making an appt when it takes forever anyways. The free oil changes aren’t worth it, I’ll just pay at a quick lube place and be in and out within 15 mins next time.
