I thought I made that clear on my first contact with Tim. The price was right. They offer you bottom Kelly Blue Book price for your trade, it is up to you to get that brought up before you continue. the sales part went better than can be expected. We ran into a snag in the finance department and they tried real hard to force you to buy the extended warranty package. there was an issue with that part but the manager Cesar took care of it and made the whole deal work out perfectly. So good in fact that the following week I bought another vehicle from them! Very happy customer, telling my friends about this place even though it is 2 1/2 hours away. More
