I drove almost 2 hours to find out the vehicle I called about was no where to be found, The original salesperson played games and lied about the inventory, The manager intervened and saved the sale. This took so long I had to drive back a second day. The paperwork was not ready. Overall it took 12 plus hours to buy a car I had already decided on through the internet. I was going to pay cash but they gave another rebate and told me I had to keep the loan for 6 months. Another lie....Stellantis verified I could pay off anytime but they loose their kickback if paid off before 6 months. Overall poor customer service and make sure you get what they promised. More
