I took my Chrysler Pacifica in to have the batteries replaced. My start/stop light was on. A few days later, the start/stop light came back on. I took a closer look at my invoice & found that they on replaced. My start/stop light was on. A few days later, the start/stop light came back on. I took a closer look at my invoice & found that they only replaced ONE battery. This vehicle has two. I took it back in & they said the charge to replace the second battery was over $200. My husband asked why they didn't replace it when they did the first one. They said I didn't ask for that. I would think the mechanic would know enough to check ALL batteries, but not here. They said labor would be over 2 hours for that one battery, because it was in the fender well. My second battery is NOT in the fender well. That was a change they made after 2017. They charged me about $98 (since i had to drive about an hour to get there) labor to replace the battery when they could have done it easily the first time. And that was half off!!!! The first battery the labor was $36.00. It took the same amount of time as the second battery.....I know this because they time stamp everything. And while it looked like it took longer, I'm sure they will remember that my husband called & wanted them to wait until he checked further online about placement of second battery. He was right!!! So the time stamp was off about 20 minutes while i waited for the okay from the hubby. Their people are not knowledgeable about what is on the vehicle & don't bother to check. I told the service girl that the start/stop light was on. That should have clued them that the battery for that system was not working. BTW, my total bill to replace 2 batteries was $916.00 & some change.....highway robbery!!! I have since checked with another local company.....not a car dealer & the price was a little more than $500. We certainly will NOT be returning to this dealership & my husband will probably replace the batteries himself should I still have the vehicle when it is due again. More
Manager Blake Rundle was incredibly rude and had a chip on his shoulder. He tried to give our 23 yo son a rip-off deal. basically the worst dealership are you ever been to in my life? I asked the salesman Jimmy three times if the car had a clean Carfax, he said yes it was sent to me today by email that it had two accidents 20 life? They told me to go to Volkswagen because they didn't have the parts I go to Volkswagen and they told me there's no rear brakes. I asked for the parts metal on metal how can you sell a car with no rear brakes he told me also that they went over the car they didn't go over anything. I had a tire sensor go. I had two batteries go with the keys and rear brakes. I've only had the car three days. I will never buy anything from this dealership again basically the dealerships full of xxxx. More

Everyone was very kind, and professional. Josh was very interested in getting me the vehicle I was wanting. Jon H and Octavio were also very kind in trying to secure the vehicle I wanted.
