They went through every possibility until they found the source and corrected it. It took 6-7 hours of them working to find the issue but during this time they kept me well informed and even drove me to get lunch when realized that it might take a period of time before the work was completed. I give this dealership an A++ rating in every aspect. More

Even with the most efficient dealerships once you get to go to the "finance desk" you are tired and just want to go home with your purchase. Presenting multiple warranty and/or protection options when the customer is in this state can lead to buyers remorse situations. Let the sales dept handle selling the customer while they are still in the sales department. Then let the finance guru figure out the payments. More
