I was promised a lot of things that were not true. We finally agreed on a price, did the paperwork, and thought everything was good to go. The next day I get a phone call that financing messed up th We finally agreed on a price, did the paperwork, and thought everything was good to go. The next day I get a phone call that financing messed up the pricing on my Gladiator and that I would need to come back in and sign for $10 more a month payment. I doubt financing messed up the pricing that bad and seems like a scummy tactic to me since the first orice we agreed upon was already slightly over what I wanted to pay. Seems like they knew that, and used this to get me to sign for a higher payment since they figured I wouldn't want to go through the hassle of getting back the truck I traded in. I was told I would not have to make another payment on the truck I traded in, which was a lie. I still had to make my next payment two weeks after buying my jeep. I was told that my first payment wouldn't be due for 90 days, again a lie. I got my paperwork from Stellantis a couple weeks later showing my first payment due 30 days after my purchase date. I purchased the windshield coating package since the gladiator have the flat windshields. After doing the paperwork, i was told my truck was being taken back to put in the bed liner and everything else. Stupid of me to assume that included the package I just paid for, but a few days later when it rained it was very obvious the coating was never applied. Took two weeks to get an appointment to finally get that put on. All around experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Had I known all of this, I would have drove to the next city over and give my business to a, hopefully, more honest dealership. Avoid this delarship and save yourself the lies and headache. More
