Our Jeep, still under warranty has always had an issue with the steering. Jeep has a service bulletin s out the issue. We brought it in to be fixed. He was adamant that it was the lift that was the problem. I told them to go ahead and do the service. They charged us $1700+ They replaced the Pittman arm because the said it was seized (it wasn't). They cut the wiring to to lights behind our wheels. The service bulletin gave the 1.9 hours to do the repair. We got charged $940 labor. When they finished the work we asked them to ask Chrysler to pay under warranty. The service manager told us that we had voided the warranty by installing a lift. No one said a word about that until then. More
