I purchased a very low mileage 2007 Ford Focus station wagon from DeLongs. On my inpsection, the car matched the description in the ad, and Mike Woods had the paperwork ready to go. We did negotiate for and eventually received (DeLong shipped it to us about 1 week after the pruchase) a cargo cover that was missing from the car. In summation, I would not hesitate to again do business with DeLong Ford, should they offer another vehicle for which I would consider driving 300 miles to pick up. More

The car was ready and clean when I arrived. I'm happy with my purchase and the smooth experience I had with them. They are a small dealership but they know how to treat their customers well. Cons : Carfax showed there is a Manufacturer safety recall on the car, which Delong could have fixed it before delivering it to me. Anyway they were open about it when asked and they consider this not to be a big problem. So I need to go to a authorized Ford dealership to replace that part. Will update how this goes. Overall , thanks to DeLong to make my car buying experience smooth. More
