Found it!!! I go to the Chicago auto show every year looking at the Ford F 150. i had found the exact one I wanted at Delong. Phenomenal service! My husband needed a car to get to work so he took his umbrella and walked to DeLong's. I'm SO glad he did! After a 24-hr test drive (which my husband drove to his job in Joliet) we took it back and filled out the paperwork. When we left later, we owned a freshly washed, fully insured 2006 Pontiac G6 complete with brand new Illinois license plates installed while we were filling out paperwork! If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is! Mr Woods gave us the BEST deal for our budget and we got a GREAT car! We will definitely come back for all our auto buying, care and maintenance needs. Thank you so much to "Woody" and DeLong's for really helping us out! More

Customer Service and Honesty I live in Springfield, IL and found a vehicle at Delong Ford. We decided we wanted the vehicle after seeing and taking it for a long ride. There was something wrong that the engine light came on and we told Woody and he said I will have them check it right now. They did, but had to order a part for it and it was best that we waiting. So we did. Woody texted me and said vehicle is ready. We got there and he had plates, papers and everything ready. WOW you try and find that service around. Next I am looking for a car for my daughter and I will go back to Delong Ford. More
