Having gone through the process of purchasing a vehicle twice in very close proximity, I can honestly say this was the by far the best experience I've had. The staff (specifically Barry Mitchell) were respectful, approachable, honest, and helpful. The price was promptly and fairly renegotiated according to repairs the vehicle required. The oil was changed, the tank was full, the floor mats were brand new, and there was even a congratulation note on the dashboard. Oh, and it came with free car washes for a year, that was pretty cool too. I would and will recommend DeNooyer Chevrolet whenever I have the chance. Excellent service, fair price, friendly staff and a genuinely stress-free, even pleasant experience. More

We've recently purchased two new vehicles in the West Michigan area with one of the purchases at Nenooyer Chevrolet while our other purchase was an Enclave at the local Buick dealer. This put us in an excellent position to gauge the overall sales/purchase experience between the two dealers and while the Buick dealer did a fine job of meeting our needs with one or two exceptions, Denooyer, with no exceptions, exceeded our requirements! A large part of this can be attributed to our sales person, Lindsey Wood who from beginning to end was attentive, professional and fully answered all of our questions. Her willingness to look inside our son's trade-in vehicle for a needed document without resorting to wearing a bio-hazard suit was duty above and beyond the call! I'm not kidding folks, it was that bad! I also had a great experience with my recent purchase. Barry was extremely happy to get the repeat business, and it was well deserved. There was no pressure, or rushing the deal. I felt very comfortable, and was able to connect easily with both Barry, as well as Ryan Denooyer, who I did the final financial paperwork with. Again through that process there were no surprises, or hurriedness. Ryan made sure that I understood everything that I signed, as well as a thorough explanation of everything.
