Service itself is always great! I was a little disappointed in the customer service this go. I was not informed that the shuttle service is now a ride share. My afternoon pick up di I was a little disappointed in the customer service this go. I was not informed that the shuttle service is now a ride share. My afternoon pick up didn’t show up/wasn’t scheduled as requested. I had to find my own ride which was a challenge with my workday. An hour and 20 minutes after my requested pick up, I arrived to the dealership for my vehicle. I had a coupon but wasn’t able to use it because the check out rep wasn’t able to process and the only other advisor was busy. I was already running late and couldn’t wait. I will say I did get follow up today from my service advisor and appreciated that! I highly recommend ensuring customers are aware that the shuttle is now a ride share and that any coupons should be presented at the time of drop off with the service advisor. More
