Scheduled appointment for new tires and oil change. Received confirmation of services 8 days before the appointment. They mentioned my alignment was off so that was added to the service. During the appointment they said they didn't have the tires but could have them in 4 days or I could get tires today that were a bit more expensive. $120 per tire more expensive. Nice bait and switch. I said to just do the oil change. After a very long time in the waiting area I noticed my car was sitting out front. I went to the service counter and they still went ahead with the alignment and tried to charge me for the oil change (which is free). Horrible experience with the service department. If it weren't for the no charge oil changes I would never set foot in that dealership again. More
