I was forgotten i had a 11 am appointment, check in at 1045, waited unit around 1250 to check the status of my truck and I was informed that they forgot to bring it i i had a 11 am appointment, check in at 1045, waited unit around 1250 to check the status of my truck and I was informed that they forgot to bring it into the shop! I was not charged for the service but having to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change in a little bit crazy. More
