oil change I had a scheduled oil change for 2:00 p.m. I arrived on time. At 3:15 I was told I was not put in the queue and that they were going to start now. Ten minutes later the man returned and asked for my keys. I did not leave there until 4:20. I know things happen and he offered to give me another free oil change and a car detailing for my inconvenience. My husband and I have been buying cars through Steve Gordon for over 35 years. More

Relaxing visit for routine maintenance DJ had a calm air about him and facilitated my visit in an efficient manner. I was in for a regular oil change and tire rotation, but requested one of my tires be investigated for a slow leak. The nail pull and plug job was an economically executed solution. There was one twist to my visit - my state inspection was three months overdue. The service department went ahead and took care of that for me while I was there. I appreciated their fitting in the extra work. I've been going to DeNooyer for vehicle service for many years and always feel as though I'm treated fairly and respectfully.
