Very good service although 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation seems like a bit too long tire rotation seems like a bit too long More
Generally speaking, denooyer service is often more negative experiences than positive compared to other service centers I've visited. First, I had an appointment for 7:30a and brought my truck in negative experiences than positive compared to other service centers I've visited. First, I had an appointment for 7:30a and brought my truck in at 730a and the truck was not even brought into a bay to be initially diagnosed until 1pm. I don't understand the point of a reservation if it's not even started for 5.5 hours. Next, is Moreso an issue with the truck. These expensive trucks with all these bells and whistles that cost a fortune but do not even work right. I get a service break sensor message, because my pads are allegedly so worn the sensor is down to the rotor, but the sensor never went off to indicate that my pads were low. Until it was too late and now an issue with the rotor, so now instead of just replacing the pads, I need rotors replaced too which is far more expensive. What's the point of these sensors? Next, because the truck wasn't even seen until 1pm, it wasn't completed until near close which turned into at close, with paper work getting done the next day. I said this was fine because I just knew when they started at 1pm it wasn't going to get done the same day and made arrangements but it never should've come to that. Finally, the inspection wasn't completed as requested so even the next day I had to wait only to find out that because of the resets, I'd need to come back for the inspection- something I was hoping to avoid the whole time by having inspection done a month early because I don't live nearby. The last time I got Serviced here all of a sudden my two year old wires were 'corroded' and malfunctioning mysteriously and needed to be spliced in with replacement wires. I just don't buy it on a newer truck. The folks are friendly. The communication is good. But when I go to other places I just think the whole operation and service is higher quality in my opinion.
