The service dept rep lied to my face and got caught, waiting almost 3 years for a recall part and he said that they had to retrofit my car for the part in which they did that almost 3 years ago and then waiting almost 3 years for a recall part and he said that they had to retrofit my car for the part in which they did that almost 3 years ago and then they did it again when I brought it in for my services and he said that they had a look at the car personally to order it, which is a lie then they lost my key and my paperwork for 45 minutes after that went and seen my salesman which I bought my car from and he wasn’t too happy either and he took care of my problem as far as buying a car the dealership and I love the sales.rep I got buying the car, but as far as the service department goes it I give it a F More
