Came in on Saturday early for my 9:30 appointment. I told the service rep I needed to leave by 12 to make an appointment back home in Columbia County for 1. I inquired about the job progress @ 11:30 and was told the truck was just brought into the shop. Needless to say I was not able to leave till almost 1. I would be understanding if something had gone wrong with the job and more time was needed, but considering we live nearly an hour away not bringing the truck in for nearly two hours after my appt is unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. More
