Disappointed in the lack of communication. I never received an inspection video nor did I receive a call that my vehicle was ready. Can't say enough good things about the service department and on the phone! Chuck Richardson explained the issue that I was having and was very upfront through the entire process. Lukas and Ashley were very and on the phone! Chuck Richardson explained the issue that I was having and was very upfront through the entire process. Lukas and Ashley were very helpful on the phone and mechanic Neil sent a video which showed and explained the problem and the proposed solution. The issue was fixed properly with a test drive and comprehensive check for any other issues. Everyone who I dealt with at DePaula was very helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for service in the future More
