I recently ran into an electrical issue with my 2022 Chevy Silverado that required repairs to the driver-side rear tail light. At first, it appeared that I would have to cover the full cost of the repai Chevy Silverado that required repairs to the driver-side rear tail light. At first, it appeared that I would have to cover the full cost of the repair myself. I reached out to David Barry, who originally sold me the vehicle, to explain the situation. David and his Sales Manager, Manuel Guerrero, were both very helpful and gave me the contact information for a representative at DOWC, the company I purchased my extended warranty through. I spoke with Anthony Pizzimenti at DOWC, and he couldn’t have been more personable, friendly, and helpful. Even though the repair technically wasn’t covered under my warranty, Anthony took the time to call the service department and ultimately covered a large portion of the repair cost. I truly appreciate the extra effort and customer service shown by Anthony at DOWC, as well as the support from David Barry and Manuel Guerrero at DePaula Chevrolet. It turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. More

In November 2025, My husband and I went to Depaula Chevrolet to have a tire looked at. Afterwards we went to see if we could get an upgrade. Dave Barry who sold us our first car a 2020 Equinox helped Chevrolet to have a tire looked at. Afterwards we went to see if we could get an upgrade. Dave Barry who sold us our first car a 2020 Equinox helped us with the upgrade. Long story short, we were able to get a 2026 Equinox. Thank you Dave for your expertise. It was a pleasure to have you serve us the second time. As my husband drove the car off the lot we were pleased with the service we got and Dave Barry helping us again. More
I was treated so bad by the manager and service writer they talked to me like I was stupid and just rude to me. I may not know lot about cars but that doesn't mean speak to me in such away it was so bad a they talked to me like I was stupid and just rude to me. The Service Center is a rip-off. I went in for a vehicle inspection of my 2021 Mazda CX5 with 24k miles, and left with an estimate for brake pads & rotors for $1,400. On a previous o I went in for a vehicle inspection of my 2021 Mazda CX5 with 24k miles, and left with an estimate for brake pads & rotors for $1,400. On a previous oil change visit they told me I needed tires & alignment. All of it sounded suspicious, so I took my car to my long-time private mechanic who told me I didn’t need anything done to my car, AND even if I did need brake work, DePaula’s quote was $1,000 more than he charges. I’ll never go back there- they’ve list a customer! More

This place SUCKS absolutely APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The service manager Tricia is super rude and disrespectful. Making comments as though I was a liar. I brought my car in to be inspected they failed i The service manager Tricia is super rude and disrespectful. Making comments as though I was a liar. I brought my car in to be inspected they failed it due to crack in the windshield on my passenger side which was there last year and they passed it he said it didn’t abstruct my view so it’s fine. I have proof they passed it because thankfully I keep my receipts and attached was a service recommendation for windshield replacement. Now why would they put that if I didn’t have the crack there last year? I have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES with my vehicle since I bought it here. Every time I bring it in to be seviced they have a problem with fixing it. Took me weeks to even get in and have my AC fixed which was under warranty. Then I had called because it was leaking pink stuff and they said they couldn’t get me in for another almost month. Then my sunroof went which was also under warranty and it was stuck open I explained that to them it rained for 1 week I had to put plastic on me sunroof because they couldn’t get it in for 3 weeks BOTH times my car needed services they kept it for 2+ weeks and never provided me with a vehicle so I can get back and fourth from work and to get my 2 children who are under the age of 5. I had to fight with them to get me a car and they only paid for one for 3 days and that’s only because I had to argue and fight for one. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle or have one serviced at Depula Cheverolet again! Leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. Everytime I had an appointment I sat for awhile. For instance my last appointment for 2:00 and they told me it was an hour to an hour and a half wait!! Why do we even make appointments then? ESP when people live an hour away and sit with their cars? More
I asked them to upgrade my magnetic ride control software in my car. They knew nothing about the upgrade and said it wasn't available. When I went to pick up the car they charged me almost $400 just for the labor to install the upgrade. The upgrade itself was $288. I was never told of the pricing so I asked the service manager and she abruptly said thats the charge and that she already paid her corvette technician and that is that. I inquired about the technician doing the download and asked if he had to watch the computer download for 2 hours and she answered "there is more to it than that". I paid the bill and told her that was the last time that I will bring my car there and her reply to that was " do what you gotta do". What a poor attitude to have toward customers who have spent in excess of $100,000 at that dealership over the years. Goes to show you where their priorities lie. $$$$$$$$ More
Came into parts and 5 workers in view just looked and not one helped me. Rang bell just in case they didn't realize I have not been helped but still stood there 20 minutes waiting.
