To start Joe Tomaselli was our sales associate and he was very helpful with our purchase. We opted to buy the car we looked at a 2017 Buick Enclave on Saturday March 20th and put down a deposit on it with a very helpful with our purchase. We opted to buy the car we looked at a 2017 Buick Enclave on Saturday March 20th and put down a deposit on it with a cash purchase scheduled for Monday the 22nd. We arrived at the dealership at 3:00pm with our full purchase price bank check which was in our scheduled time frame. My main issue is that the sales paperwork was not ready to sign when we got there which I would think should have been ready to sign when we arrived. So after an hour and a half we finished and were on our way home. One other thing is that Depaula has no seating accomodations for larger people which would have been very helpful in my personal experience and also some other elderly customers may require something more appropriate to their own purchase experience. so this is just a thought to think about for some customers in the future. More
