A family approach over the years I have bought many cars. However, buying a car has never been an experience that I enjoyed. I often fill that the salesperson is pushy over the years I have bought many cars. However, buying a car has never been an experience that I enjoyed. I often fill that the salesperson is pushy and dishonest. At Depaula i felt like the sales people worked as a team to try to best fit my needs and my budget. My sales person Dewin Dejesus was AWESOME!!! He didn’t harras me when I left without the vehicle nor did he call me with “here is what we can do if you want the truck.” Dewin and “Big Nicky” shopped banks to get me the best rate possible. When I finally went in to pick up my truck Anthony Gallo helped me get the paperwork started as Dewin was currently with another customer. Damien is Awesome! I can't get over what a great experience my family had at DePaula buying a new Silverado from Damien DeDonatis. We hate new car shopping and don't usu I can't get over what a great experience my family had at DePaula buying a new Silverado from Damien DeDonatis. We hate new car shopping and don't usually trust any car sales-person (sorry to say that out loud). We planned on just driving through the lot to look at the inventory of trucks for our daughter when Damien happened to be walking by. Five hours later my daughter has joined us and bought the truck of her dreams. We never imagined buying that day as she has 11 months left on her Jeep lease. Who does that?! Really, it comes down to the fact that we developed a trusting relationship with Damien in those 5 hours while he and the other employees made us an amazing deal that we just could not walk away from. We had been to several other dealerships and DePaula beat their prices hands down. More than the price, we found a trusting salesperson who is kind, caring, understanding and listened to our every need, want and complaint. His sense of humor is infectious and he is someone that we now consider a friend. Within 2 days my daughter picked up her truck with great excitement as Damien sent her the best music videos of her truck ready to come home. He goes above and beyond to make, in what my opinion was an awful experience (buying a new vehicle) into a great one! THANK YOU DAMIEN!!! More

From the moment we walked into DePaula, we were met with kindness and professional courtesy. Despite it being extremely busy and us not having an appointment, each person we met treated us like we were their only priority. By chance, we were introduced to Damien DeDonatis and we could't have been happier with the match. He was patient with our multitude of questions and consistently worked with us to ensure our expectations were being met. He understood that we had certain wants but also were limited by budget. Given those constraints, he was able to think outside the box and suggest some things that would meet both our needs and out budget. He ended up suggesting a vehicle that was not on our radar and we loved it. Because Damien truly listened to us, he was able to meet our needs with a model of vehicle that I would not have thought of myself. He nailed it. I had come to think of car buying as a confrontational game where the buyer hopes to "win" by getting the dealership to move as much as possible on price. I have never before had an experience where the dealer truly partnered with us to collaborate with a shared end goal. At DePaula there were no feelings of "us" vs "them". The entire process was extremely pleasant and we ended up with an excellent deal and a car that met all of our needs. Damien went above and beyond to give us exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend asking for him by name the next time you are in the market. More
