Picking up my new baby DePaula Chevrolet was very easy to deal with. Sales people were not pushy and the facility was very clean. We had made an appointment to look at and test drive our car but when we got there it was not ready. The car was in storage and we had to wait a bit while they got the vehicle. And when they brought it up it was very dusty and dirty from sitting in a warehouse. The initial presentation could have been a lot better. Although we did buy the car and the sales experience was wonderful. I picked it up the following day and it was a breeze. The staff went through the whole car with me and synced my phone to the car and set up my on star. Very pleased with the whole experience. More
