Purchased my first certified pre-owned vehicle I have never stepped into a car dealership with the intention of leaving with a vehicle. It has not ever been anything more than a dream. When my 2003 I have never stepped into a car dealership with the intention of leaving with a vehicle. It has not ever been anything more than a dream. When my 2003 Chevy Malibu was t-boned last week, I decided I was not going to be searching Craigslist or for who I know that might have a car for sale. These purchases have always led to sinking a ton of cash into repairs, and I'm done with stressing whether or not my car will be reliable long-term. My mother purchased a new vehicle from DePaula Chevrolet about a year ago and is very happy with her Cruz. She recommended I go there. I'm so very glad I did. From the moment I walked in I was attended to. Stephanie greeted me right away and set me up with my sales representative, Damien Dedonatis. The sale took a few hours to complete, but during this time much was accomplished. My financials were checked for the money end. Damien explained many aspects of the car, the contracts and other options/services/warranties involved with the purchase, and answered all of my questions. The two gentlemen who explained all the OnStar aspects I receive free for three months, and also the gentleman who helped me with the decision of applying a protective coating to the undercarriage and another to the interior of my car, were all great! I'm only upset that I cannot recall their names to recognize them properly. My car was checked out completely and inspected on-site. DePaula took care of all the DMV paperwork and running around. Stephanie helped me finish paperwork and I drove away in my certified pre-owned 2015 Malibu, most confident in my purchase. My first experience with DePaula Chevrolet has been awesome and I will highly recommend others to them. More
