From the beginning Eric was friendly and extremely helpful. He listened to what I was looking for in a new Chevy Traverse, and not only showed me the current inventory of Traverses, but also showed me different models with multitudes of options so I knew exactly what kind of Traverse I would want and with what options. One aspect that I thought went above and beyond was to make sure the new Traverse would be something I would enjoy, seeing as this is a redesigned model. He didn't just try to sell me a vehicle, he wanted to be sure I would have many years of enjoyment with it.
