I am currently a college student and relatively new to the car buying process. When I first went to DePaula, I originally did not have an appointment, but Damien took me under his wing. He thoroughly explained the process of purchasing a vehicle, as well as a few vehicles in their inventory that would be ideal for my financial circumstances/ interests. When I finally picked the vehicle that I wanted, Damien set everything up! We went on a test drive on various routes just so I could get the feel of how the vehicle would maintain in different environments. After falling in love with the car, Damien helped me negotiate a price that was more so in my range -- however, he didn't stop there. Knowing this was a new experience for me, he walked me through how to close my loan, best warranty packages (what I would need and best pricing), he even walked me through how to set up my insurance. Throughout the entire process Damien checked up on me, he called me to see if I had any questions and he was always available if I needed him. Damien is an excellent salesman and knows how to create/maintain the relationships with his customers. Even after purchasing the vehicle, he made sure to follow up with me, just in case I had any further questions or concerns. I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help and guidance.
