On a Sunday met with Marc Met with Marc Rosebeck on a Sunday. Had a need to find a dependable used car for my daughter who is starting college. My daughter and I were at Depaul Met with Marc Rosebeck on a Sunday. Had a need to find a dependable used car for my daughter who is starting college. My daughter and I were at Depaula on a Sunday looking for cars, the place was closed, but there was a guy in front of the svc entrance, asked if they were open, he said they were closed, he was just doing paperwork. He asked if he could help, we told him about 3 cars we had seen on the lot. He asked some basic questions what,why, and when we needed a car. He said lets get the stock numbers off of the 3 cars, we got the numbers, he unlocked the building, logged onto a computer, looked up some information ,ran car faxes, and said that the 2013 Malibu with 17000 miles was the car to go with. We agreed and asked him, when should we do the paperwork, He said Monday 9am, so he, booked us on Monday to test drive and do paperwork. We arrived on Monday at 9am, Marc was running around the service dept, was extremely busy in there, he said one moment and he would join us, thinking he was our sales person, well come to find out, he was the service manager, we were a little shocked, how can the svc manager be so knowledgable? On Sunday he seemed to be a salesperson? He then apologized for the confusion and or misunderstanding on out part. A nice man names Alex helped us with the transaction from there,we felt comfortable with Alex, but we I made an immediate connection of integrity with Marc. Marc went back to his svc dept, stating, I'll check on you soon, he did that ,not once but 2 times before we left. In today's world, integrity is what is lacking, but my daughter and I found it on a Sunday where we assumed we'd see nobody at all. Glad to have met Marc More
