Can't say enough good things about the service department and on the phone! Chuck Richardson explained the issue that I was having and was very upfront through the entire process. The issue was fixed properly with a test drive and comprehensive check for any other issues. Everyone who I dealt with at DePaula was very helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for service in the future More

I was told it could take 2 hours and when I told them last time it took 3+ hours I said I can only be here 90 minutes due another appointment.
