I was instructed to come in and complete a recall item. When I arrived I was told that the repair parts were not available and were on backorder. Seems like there is some disconnect on this particular recall. More

I called, my vehicle was immediately taken in and although cars were ahead of mine. Three days tops with all services completely done. I did have to bother family members to borrow a vehicle.
