Horrible service. Went in for a recall on my Ford and they broke my radio - adamant that it wasn't them when I got my car back, the radio was falling out of my dash. Money was stolen as well. There was a long wait for my car. The salesmen called me almost daily until I put a downpayment on the car. Then it was dead silence. My messages weren't returned. The finance manager was mean asking me almost daily until I put a downpayment on the car. Then it was dead silence. My messages weren't returned.
