I called, my vehicle was immediately taken in and although cars were ahead of mine. Three days tops with all services completely done. I did have to bother family members to borrow a vehicle. I was instructed to come in and complete a recall item. When I arrived I was told that the repair parts were not available and were on backorder. I was given this date to complete the recall sometime in When I arrived I was told that the repair parts were not available and were on backorder. I was given this date to complete the recall sometime in May. Several days prior to the scheduled date I was given reminders of the service date. Seems like there is some disconnect on this particular recall. More

Horrible service. Went in for a recall on my Ford and they broke my radio - adamant that it wasn't them when I got my car back, the radio was falling out of my dash. Money was stolen as well.
