When I walked in I didn’t know what to expect. Nicholas greeted me and helped me through the whole process. Long story short I was driving home my new truck within an hour. My family went to DePaula Ford on 4/19/21 to test drive a 2020 Ford Escape I found on the website. The experience from start to finish was amazing! The manager met us at the door and directed us to Joe Shear 2020 Ford Escape I found on the website. The experience from start to finish was amazing! The manager met us at the door and directed us to Joe Shear, who quickly and efficiently guided us through the process. My husband works third shift and needed to be home by 3 pm to go to sleep. Joe and everyone at DePaula worked to get us what we wanted and needed, including out the door with our "new" 2020 Ford Escape. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Even my 16-year-old son, who's never impressed, left and said, "Wow, that was great. It wasn't boring, and I love these cars!" Thank you for everything! More

I worked with Shu to get my new Bronco Sport. He is so personable, friendly, funny and attentive. He kept working with the managers for me until we finally got the right price. Then, after a small cosmet personable, friendly, funny and attentive. He kept working with the managers for me until we finally got the right price.
