Courteous service, transparency of work and fast service. To start, this is the 2nd car I purchased from Joe. My last one was a year and a half ago! I had sent Joe a message and first thing he asked was- “is everything okay?” I said of course. Joe isn’t here for the sale. He’s here to make sure you are happy and all your expectations are met. He far exceeded! Depaula Ford is great! I purchased a used vehicle and there was a minor error in the numbers. They did their part to make it right. I left with the vehicle that day. Throughout the slip up Joe continued to make sure I was happy and that he could do whatever it takes to get me the car I wanted in my price range.
