Glenn Cummings is the best, we have purchased now at least 6 Mazda vehicles thru Glenn. When we picked up the new CX5, he was off that day. I went in for a NYS inspection and oil change. It took almost 2 hours and they didn't even inspect my car.And wanted to have me spend 1000 dollars on 4 new tires. Took the car to my friends shop and ended almost 2 hours and they didn't even inspect my car.And wanted to have me spend 1000 dollars on 4 new tires. I recently purchased a pre-owned truck from DePaula. I called days in advance to put a deposit down in fear of it being sold before I had the chance to get there. The sales and financial staff were very easy to work with. They streamlined the entire buying experience as I was driving 3 hours to pick up my truck. All my information was taken over the phone and through text messaging. It doesn’t get easier than showing up, taking the vehicle for a test drive and signing on the dotted line. The detail shop dropped the ball a little bit. The truck wasn’t finished being detailed when we arrived. When it did come out it was washed but the grille had spots that were never hit with the pressure washer and the truck bed was never cleaned. There was what appeared to be pet hair on the dash that took 2 minutes to wipe off when I got home. I would expect a detail shop to be better than this. This dealership is huge and very busy with tons of foot traffic. It would be easy to see how a dealership like this would struggle to keep up with the amount of customers. Making an appointment is a must. I drove home pleased with my overall experience. Glad I found this truck on Facebook! More
