At 71 years old, its the best dealership I've worked with. They had to order parts for my repair. I had purchased a used car warranty from them when I purchased my Explorer. The next morning they called me and ask me . How was things were going and what happen. I told the girl on the phone. They kept me waiting way to long to get my loan. I dont have bad credit. ' 760. She asked Me when can I come back in? I said in about an hour,and if they treat me like they did lastnight. I will walk and I wont be back !! She set me up with sales people. I went back and was treated very good.. I was hard on the sales people. I went over my truck & terms. The final was I had a question about it. Big deal Maybe ?? The sales person went and got the service manager. The service manager came out and told me the reason. He said If I have any questions or concerns . He will take care of me and he will back my truck.. So, I took my truck. I really like my F 150, More I drive it the better I like it !Knock on wood.. oh yea . I got the truck home and my grandson came out and said. Hey Poppy!! Why is there a Lience Plate in your back window?? The sales person forgot to take the dealer plate out of the back window. :-) I called and told the sales dept. they asked me where I live.. I said I would bring the plate back the next morning.
