I was served promptly by an advisor even though I didn’t have an appointment. Wheel bearings serviced well . Everything else not good. Took 4 1/2 days for 5 hours work even though had an appointment. Alignment messed up . Still not right but they didn’t have the parts to correctly align the truck. They corrected for free but it cost me an additional 1/2 day. Did not balance wheels correctly. Still out of balance. And someone took all the coins out of the console and rifled the console which was a real insult after having spent all that money and getting mostly subpar workmanship. Now I still need to pay for wheel balancing again and alignment again More

I've been to Depaula Ford a few times for routine maintenance on my Bronco since buying it. Everytime has been probably the best experience I've had since I started driving in 1992. People are great, maintenance on my Bronco since buying it. Everytime has been probably the best experience I've had since I started driving in 1992. People are great, service is impeccable, (shout out to the greasy hand techs!), and it makes me feel good that in a time when good customer service is hard to find, DePaula Ford excells in this area. Why are you give them a poor review? I brought my 2020 F150 in for a transmission service which consisted of a transmission filter and flush and a rear end differential flush also they f I brought my 2020 F150 in for a transmission service which consisted of a transmission filter and flush and a rear end differential flush also they finish the job in a timely manner took the truck home drove it for two days when I came out on the third day I noticed that underneath the truck was dripping with transmission fluid so I called up the dealer and they told me to bring it back right away. I bought a pack the next day when I got there, the one service advisor looked underneath the vehicle and said that it was a line and that a clip came off the line that was holding it together. I said OK no problem things happen. Just fix it and give me a call. I went home that afternoon they called me up told me the truck was ready , when I picked it up another service advisor told me that it was overfilled I took the truck home drove it for four or five days me and my wife we’re ready to go on vacation. I went to the gas station on Sunday to fill the truck up with gas while coming down the Northway I noticed and smelled transmission fluid, burning on the exhaust . And smoke coming out of the back of the truck This was on a Sunday I had to unload the truck and put everything in our 2017 Nissan my wife followed me to the dealership now this is on Sunday well driving it back to the dealership. The little wrench came on the dashboard which meant I had a drivetrain failure, and it would not go into 10th gear. so no one was there so I went to the key drop got an envelope and explain what was happening once again transmission oil leak I told them and that the little light came on on the dashboard and it would not going to 10th gear and that I would be away for at least two weeks and to keep the truck and drive it around and make sure that these leaks do not happen again. And check why it didn’t go into 10th gear When I got back from vacation I went down to the dealer and he told me this time that it was the transmission pan seal that was leaking . I said OK thank you very much. I’ve been driving the truck around now for a while, and as soon as I got in it, I noticed that the transmission was not shifting properly so I am very skeptical on bringing it back there because I don’t think they have anybody that knows how to work on transmissions and this was a very simple service and they got it wrong three times the first time I brought it in the second time I had to bring it back and now the third time what would you do? More
