I was a loyal customer of DePaula Ford prior to this last service. Now, it will be much easier to choose another service provider.. From problems installing a hitch in the bed of the truck when we bought It, a mirror was knocked off during routine preventive maintenance visit. This time, your obvious disregard for our time and inability to communicate when you are having problems confirms you track record with us. We had an 8:00am appointment for a three to four hour service. Four and a half hours later no word from DePaula. We returned to see what was going on. Our truck had not even gone in yet. You were very apologetic at that time and said it would be the next to go in. But, the truck was not ready for pickup until around noontime the next day. This was for a three to four hour job. I understand that things happen and try to be understanding. But it appears you didn’t even start working on the truck until the following morning. I believe DePaula Ford will not be our first choice when it comes time to replace this truck. More
