I have had very good experiences over the past 8 years with this dealership service & staff. This was 1st time I was scheduled for a replacement service nearly 1 month and when I arrived, was told no one with this dealership service & staff. This was 1st time I was scheduled for a replacement service nearly 1 month and when I arrived, was told no one was available for this repair. I brought in 2 days later, they provided me with a rental car & the service was quick & reasonable after. It was 1 of the coldest weekends of the year, I understand they were busy, but they did not contact me before I arrived & initially wanted me to leave my car for essentially 4 to 5 days at dealership.
