He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I actually understood everything instead of just rushing me through the process. That meant a lot to me since this was my first time buying a car on my own. The whole experience felt smooth, professional, and genuinely positive from start to finish. Fast, Stephen was the shuttle driver and was pleasant and warm. The video for the vehicle service was informative.
