As a salesman, I thought Jake was reasonable and fair. I would be glad to work with him again. I found the finance manager to be hostile at times during the transaction. They seem ok but have some trouble with scheduling service. First time they put me down for dropping off when I clearly stated I was waiting. The second they had to reschedule due to lack of techs.
