i spoke to DEBORAH DAUGHTRY on oct 10 about my loose oil filter and how if i didnt catch it the engine was about out of oil. she advised me to email her my invoice for oil change and sent her pictures of oil all over new driveway and pics of the oil filter loose and leaking. she advised me she wasn't sure what she could do about. haven't heard anything since then .called several times and keeps getting transferred on the phone. i feel that this is very unacceptable. and believes i should be reimbursed for my oil change and the cleaning of my drive way due to the failure of the Maintenace tech. ability to correctly tighten oil filter on my vehicle. I also am not happy about the poor customer service i received when I first called and was told by a service advisor that there was nothing they could do about the filter not being installed correctly and was switched 3 times to 3 different service advisors then switched to MS Debbie's voice mail. I have owned general motors vehicle for 30 years and never had any issues with a dealership like this before, and it took a bad review online to get someones attention on this issues thanks Justin Ahrens 919-344-5210 firedawg149@yahoo.com
