Make A List and Check it Twice My car was ready when we arrived at the agreed upon time and the price we had agreed upon over the telephone was the same. However, the "financial advisor" named Travis had a problem with listening and following thru. Before he got started with his paperwork, I gave him a sheet of paper with my insurance agent's contact information. I explained to him that I wanted the car put on my policy. The way I remember it is that he said, "OK," and then put my sheet of paper on the bottom of the pile of his papers. He then proceeded to try to sell me GAP insurance, $600, and a warranty extension for $2100. That was Friday afternoon. On Monday, I got a call from my agent. The dealer had just called her and explained about the new car. She wanted to know if I did want a new car added to the policy. They sell more cars than the average person and should know that they should not have let me drive a car without insurance. Do they care? I have no way of knowing because I've not had a followup call from anyone from their agency. More

She assured me that it was still there and confirmed this with the general manager. When we arrived the car was not on the lot and she in fact did not ask the general manager. We called, made an appointment that same day, and when we got there, and after searching for 10 minutes, the manager nor the sales representative could “locate” the vehicle. We did however buy a car and when it was delivered the car was not detailed well, in fact the detail job was done so poorly the Manager had to pay for a detailer to finish the job. Finally, after two weeks of not receiving the all weather floor mats I had to call to find out what the hold-up was. For two weeks I, the customer, had to constantly chase both the sales representative and the manager for what was guaranteed in the contract. Safe to say it was the most unprofessional car dealership I have been to. I feel like a fool for buying a car there. More
