Great service My Dodge dart was running pretty rough after starting so I brought it to the dealership to see if it was something simple. Jason got me taken care of as soon as I got out of my car in the service lane and got the car back pretty quick. After a short time, the technician, Chris Griffin, came out to show me that it was time to swap out my spark plugs and that it was likely causing my rough running engine. Swapped them out and it seems like the issue is fixed. Have not had the problem occur again since leaving the dealership. Top notch experience. More

Best diagnosis I had in a month I have had problems with leith ram in garner for over a month. They never had enough time to diagnose my truck, they were behind on diesels or someone I have had problems with leith ram in garner for over a month. They never had enough time to diagnose my truck, they were behind on diesels or someone quit and they were catching up. I even rescheduled twice for appointments 2 weeks in advance to give then time to get it together. Each time I was disappointed with "we are behind and it will be a couple days before we can even see you". I called Deacon Jones Smithfield and was scheduled in a day after I called. Came in and within 20 minutes someone ride with me and diagnosed the problem. Now that was AWESOME! More
