Vehicle in shop for ~11 days, nearly $3k in repair work, ZERO communication after initial drop-off. Have no problem of buying a car from Deacon Jones Ford is just the service department had my oil change took 4 hours l arrived at 7:40 am they finish my vehicle at 11:30 Don't know what's happening to the se just the service department had my oil change took 4 hours l arrived at 7:40 am they finish my vehicle at 11:30 Don't know what's happening to the service department when it comes to maintaining your vehicle seem like it getting slower and slower if the service man would have told me I had a long wait I would never have stayed 4 hours to have a oil change that's unreal I know there was other people in front of me probably with bigger issues but ifyou offer oil change you should have one person just for oil change More
