Deacon Jones Ford Lincoln on Us 70 east is an awesome dealership. I have a lot of jobs done on my 2112 Chevy Cruze, and some work on my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. My daughter Angela has had work done on her dealership. I have a lot of jobs done on my 2112 Chevy Cruze, and some work on my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. My daughter Angela has had work done on her 2016 ford edge. She had 4 brand new tires, oil change, tire rotation.. Catherine Veronee has had Thomas Veronee her husband changed her oil and rotated her tires. Jacob and Angela drove over to Catherine’s house to work on Angela ‘s car. Bob and I brought some tools that that Thomas didn’t have. Jacob , Thomas, and Bob jacked her car up. Jacob , Thomas , and Bob was just under the car watching.. The three of them had to go get a socket to get off the part. Well, that didn’t work so the three of them drove to my house, so Bob and Thomas had to grind this part up . So Thomas grinded 2parts and Bob grinded 2 parts. Bob has two grinders, then drove back to Catherine’s house to put the housing casing on Angela’s car. By doing this it saved Angela car, and she just paid it off. It is a 2016 ford edge 4 by 4 and she bought it in 2022 and paid it off in May 2024. Jacob and his Dad took her car apart before the week of the 4 th of July because it was making noise. Catherine and Thomas had a 4 th of July cookout celebration. Jacob was talking to Thomas and Bob about he took a bunch of parts on the passenger side like take off the wheel , rubber boots and other stuff. I wasn’t really listening to the conversation and Jacob already orderd a part for it and orderd a another part that was due it come in that Saturday of the 4th of July weekend. So him an his dad worked on Angela’s car and fixed it. It ran good for 2 weeks and Angela took Jacob to work , and she was on her way to work and her steering wheel locked up, so she called me and told me this. First she called her boos at work and told her she couldn’t come to work and Angela volunteered to come in later , but her boss told her not to worry about it because her class was low in numbers. So she locked up her car , and Jacob’s parents came and picked her up and took her home When Jacob got off work his dad went and got Angela’s on a trailer and drove it with a big truck to pull her car on. The part about Jacob and Angela driving over to Catherine’s and it made noise on the side that Jacob and his dad worked on. Jacob took out the worn drive shaft because Thomas said he could , because her card didn’t need it , so now Angela’s car is 2 wheel drive and is running great.Thank God Bob and Thomas were able to fix it with Bob’s 2 grinders. We traded a 1989 GMC Jimmy and he got it for his nephew. He went to Rosewood High School, and he was a freshman in the band . His name was Cameron. He signed up for the navy and not sure if he is still in the navy or got out. Bob had a doctors appointment and saw a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta . When bob saw it he had a 1979 GMC Chevy van that he bought from Robert Sutton on Berkeley blvd/ Us-13. Then My dad and his wife Marie. My dad bought a 1992 GMC Chevy van that was immaculate in side. My dad and Marie invited us to go to Disney world for the first time, and my dad had it shipped to Walmart in rosewood, and Bob was working at franklin bakery. He worked second shift so he got off work , and I met him at Walmart with the ford Taurus we bought at ford snipes downtown Goldsboro.Bob called a guy that collected old cars , vans . He was located on the road past Oberry. He came to the house and he gave Bob 300 dollars. We bought a 2018! Ford Taurus, because our first Taurus we let Angela drive it to New Bern , and Bob always checks our vehicles out . She didn’t get very far because she ran out of fluid, and Bob was in the shower and his phone rang . It was Angela calling saying she broke down. We drove the brown/beige van and found her. She said a cop stopped to help her but he couldn’t help her.Bob had to hook up a tow rope and tow it , and since Thomas Veronee worked at deacon jones we pulled it in the parking lot. The next day we traded in for a thousand dollars, and that’s how we got the 2018 ford Taurus. We had that car about a year and Angela went for a interview with dominoes and she was going to Wayne community college at the same time. She missed the first trading because it was in Sanford. The next training was in Dunn, and she was dating a boy named Chris that was in chorus with Noah. Bob was going to go but he wasn’t feeling well , so I went with her, and I was going to drive so we agreed she drive there , and I drive back home. I had the gps on and we had to turn left, but there was a 18 wheeler making a right on a side street, and she had to make a left and she didn’t realize until the cars coming the other way had the right of way, because the driver of the 18 wheeler waved her on and when she turned we got hit. The accident destroyed the struts so she was so upset and the lady we hit asked were we alright. Angela and I got checked out by the ambulance and we were ok. The struts were destroyed I called bob and he said are you guys alright,and Angela was so upset and crying. I remember Angela saying at Catherine’s house after Jacob took everything off on the passenger side that she would need struts replaced. Like I said when she bought it was a 2016 had a lot of miles but she knew Thomas and her daddy could work on it when she put 2000 down , and her daddy and I gave her 1000 to add as a early birthday present so her car payment would be 300.00 and she bought in July 2022. I have had 5 nervous breakdowns, and my first one when I left home and flew to las Vegas and broke my mom ‘s heart. I remember going to the base hospital and the doctor put me o tofranil , because I used to wet the bed a lot. I remember going to fort Bragg and had surgery to help me stop wetting the bed. Can remember my mom having Hattie her best friend not to go , but I didn’t listen I can remember when I flew from kinston to Atlanta had2 hour layover in Atlanta. My grandma and Arlene showed up at the kinston airport and my grandma gave me a camera and a $20.00 because I found out later on my mom was in the hospital at Wayne memorial with migraines. My grandma told me don’t let him hurt you. I found out that my mom called my real dad Eddie Joseph Hand Jr and I flew from Las Vegas to Laguardia yeah I do yeah airport in New York. Had my engine checked for knocking noise on 3 or 4 different visits now. they replaced my cam phasers twice and now tell me my engine knocking is normal. had my radio replaced by them cause it quit wo different visits now. they replaced my cam phasers twice and now tell me my engine knocking is normal. had my radio replaced by them cause it quit working. Then not too long after that the backup camera started messing up. Have had the backup camera replaced twice now and the same day they told me it was fixed, it was having the same issue (camera not working. Contact your dealer). I’ve never had this many issues with a vehicle before and don’t understand why they can’t get it right. More
