I took my car to be serviced for a recall. When I got there to get clarity on it , it was STILL not explained in a way that was clear. When I mentioned to the service tech about the reason is was recalled and the emissions he said “it’s a 2014, it’s been ok this far” and then asked if anything else was going on with my car and finally said you’ll have to wait to get another letter. It DID not sound right and I cannot get anyone on the phone with the number on the. Recall letter. But will continue trying. Every recall letter that I’ve had, has been resolved and I’m not happy at all. More

Vehicle in shop for ~11 days, nearly $3k in repair work, ZERO communication after initial drop-off. I had to call them for status updates, and though I've repeatedly given them the correct contact info, t ZERO communication after initial drop-off. I had to call them for status updates, and though I've repeatedly given them the correct contact info, they continue to treat the secondary contact info as the primary, to the point where I ended up getting my vehicle back the day after the work was completed as apparently they called the secondary number once, no one answered as they were not expecting the call, and then they went about their other business, I guess. Have no problem of buying a car from Deacon Jones Ford is just the service department had my oil change took 4 hours l arrived at 7:40 am they finish my vehicle at 11:30 Don't know what's happening to the se just the service department had my oil change took 4 hours l arrived at 7:40 am they finish my vehicle at 11:30 Don't know what's happening to the service department when it comes to maintaining your vehicle seem like it getting slower and slower if the service man would have told me I had a long wait I would never have stayed 4 hours to have a oil change that's unreal I know there was other people in front of me probably with bigger issues but ifyou offer oil change you should have one person just for oil change More
