I took my car to be serviced for a recall. Later in the day I get a call to say the mechanic started to do the work and then said “there was a stop on it “ it made absolutely no sense no sense Later in the day I get a call to say the mechanic started to do the work and then said “there was a stop on it “ it made absolutely no sense no sense. When I got there to get clarity on it , it was STILL not explained in a way that was clear. When I mentioned to the service tech about the reason is was recalled and the emissions he said “it’s a 2014, it’s been ok this far” and then asked if anything else was going on with my car and finally said you’ll have to wait to get another letter. It DID not sound right and I cannot get anyone on the phone with the number on the. Recall letter. But will continue trying. Every recall letter that I’ve had, has been resolved and I’m not happy at all. More
